Steps for the delivery are:

1. Confirm our code for your product/s by checking with olivia.duncan@mysamples.com.au

2. Fill out packing slip, blank slip here if required. see attached.

3. Send an email with packing slip to receiving.bookings@hcl.com.au and request a booking date/time slot.

4. HCL will then respond with the date/time for your transport company to arrive

Please note, if you send products to HCL without booking it in, it could significantly delay receiving the product/s into stock and bundling it ready for dispatch.
